We may collect a parent or guardian’s name, email address, telephone number, booking information, payment status and information voluntarily provided about a child’s learning needs.
Information is used to answer enquiries, arrange lessons, process bookings, communicate about services and support safe, appropriate teaching.
A parent or guardian should provide information on behalf of the child. Only information reasonably needed to prepare and deliver lessons should be requested.
Calendly, Stripe and Zoom may process information according to their own privacy terms. The final policy should identify every service connected to the production website.
Parents may contact Foster English Fluency to ask about personal information or request correction or deletion where applicable.
