Personal online lessons

Helping children feel safe enough to try.

Felicia has taught English since 2015, working with learners from young children through adulthood across China, Canada and the United Kingdom. She has also taught methodology to English language instructors of children in Mongolia.

Her current online practice is focused on children aged 5 to 12. She uses interactive activities, visual aids and a structured children’s curriculum to help learners develop practical English skills.

She remembers being a child language learner

Felicia grew up in Canada and spent seven months in Germany with her family when she was young. She has also studied some Chinese, Korean, Spanish and French. That experience shapes her calm response to mistakes.

For Felicia, a mistake is evidence that a child is trying. The lesson continues from there, with clear support and another opportunity to succeed.

Felicia’s promise to parents

Your child will be treated with patience, dignity and genuine encouragement. Lessons will have purpose, but they will never feel cold or mechanical.

What guides every lesson.

Emotional safety

Children learn more freely when they are not worried about being embarrassed or rushed.

Personal attention

Felicia adjusts explanations, pace and activities according to the child’s response.

Visible progress

Lessons connect to practical communication goals that parents and children can understand.

Enjoyable challenge

Activities should feel interesting without becoming so easy that the child stops growing.

Real communication

Children need chances to use English for meaning, not only complete isolated exercises.

Respectful correction

Feedback is specific and helpful, allowing the child to try again with confidence.
